Pickups are at the C&J Portsmouth park-and-ride — Overflow ("bottom") lot off Aviation Ave, near the Pease terminal:

Getting here without a car
No need to drive in — the C&J bus runs to the Portsmouth C&J center, so you can travel in and pick up your rig right there. It's a simple, low-stress way to start your trip.
Pickup & return times
Pickups and returns are handled during business hours: Mon–Sat 7:00am–8:00pm · Sun closed. We'll confirm your exact times when you book, and walk through a quick inspection and gear inventory together at pickup.
