What you need to know
The essentials before you book. Full terms are in our rental agreement.
Driver requirements
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.
- Additional drivers may be approved on request (in writing) — just ask when you book.
Insurance & deposit
- Insurance is included.
- The renter is responsible for damage up to the $500 deductible.
- A $500 refundable security deposit is required, and may be applied to damages, cleaning, late fees, lost gear, or violations.
Mileage
No mileage cap at this time.
Where you can take it
The truck is for paved and well-maintained gravel roads, campgrounds, and scenic byways. To keep you and the rig safe (and insurance valid), the following are not permitted: off-road driving, rock crawling, water crossings, and unmaintained trails. Smoking and vaping inside the vehicle or camper are not allowed, and pets require prior written approval.
Returns
Return the truck on time, with a full tank of the correct fuel, clean inside and out, and with all equipment intact. Late returns and excess cleaning (dirt, odors, pet hair) incur additional fees.
Cancellation policy
- 14+ days before your rental: full refund.
- 7–13 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before: non-refundable.
- If we must cancel for safety or unforeseen events, you receive a full refund.
