How much does it cost to rent the truck?
$249 per day, plus tax, with no minimum nights. A $500 refundable security deposit is collected at booking and returned after the truck comes back in good condition. Insurance is included.
What's included with the rental?
Everything you need for camp: the Go Fast Camper rooftop pop-up tent (sleeps two), a full camp kitchen with a two-burner stove and GSI cookset, camp table and chairs, two sleeping bags, a first-aid kit, cooler, water jug, lantern, and more. The truck arrives clean, fueled, prepped, and trip-ready.
How old do I need to be to rent?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle; additional drivers can be approved on request in writing.
Is insurance included?
Yes — insurance is included in the rental. The renter is responsible for damage up to the $500 deductible.
Is there a mileage limit?
No — there is no mileage cap at this time.
Where can I take the truck?
Paved roads, well-maintained gravel roads, campgrounds, and scenic byways across New England. To keep you and the rig safe (and insurance valid), off-road driving, rock crawling, water crossings, and unmaintained trails are not permitted.
How many people can sleep in it?
Two adults sleep comfortably in the rooftop pop-up tent, with room for one or two smaller children or a pet downstairs in the truck bed.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets require prior written approval — just ask when you book. Smoking and vaping inside the vehicle or camper are not allowed.
Where do I pick up the truck?
At the C&J Portsmouth park-and-ride (185 Grafton Dr, Portsmouth, NH 03801). The C&J bus runs to the Portsmouth C&J center, so you can arrive without a car and drive off in the rig. Pickups and returns happen during business hours: Mon–Sat 7:00am–8:00pm · Sun closed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 or more days before your rental for a full refund; 7–13 days before for a 50% refund; less than 7 days before is non-refundable. If we ever have to cancel for safety or unforeseen events, you receive a full refund.
How do I book?
Pick your dates on the Reserve page to check availability, then complete secure checkout through our booking system. We’ll be in touch afterward to coordinate your pickup.
What should I bring?
A valid driver’s license, your personal gear, food, and clothing for the trip. The camp kit is already in the truck.
